Communication:
Two-way process of reaching mutual understanding, in which  participants not only exchange information, news, ideas and feelings but also create and share meaning. In general, communication is a means of connecting people or places.
First line of Communication when you call Town Hall is the Town Clerk.
If you call during normal business hours and we are assisting others you may leave a voice message. Voice messages are checked regularly throughout the day. If you feel you have an emergency you are encouraged to call 911

Zoning Board of Adjustment meets as needed for hearings as they arise. Hearing notices are posted in the designated posting areas in the town.

COMMENTS OR ISSUES OF CONCERN             
Step 1.  Come in, call or email the Clerk at Town Hall to request  “Comments and Concerns” form.
Step 2.  Print and Fill Out the Form and return it to Town Hall.  The return information is on the form.
Step 3.  The Clerk will sign and date the form acknowledging receiving the form.  You will receive a copy for your records.
Step 4.  The Clerk will then give the form to the appropriate department for follow up.
Step 5.  You are encouraged to call for a status report if the issue has not  been resolved or you have not been contacted within a reasonable time period.
